I had a great time staying here! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to a fun night market and awesome local eateries. Plus, the room was clean, spacious, and had a cool view. I really loved the breakfast; it was high quality and totally delicious! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were pretty friendly, making me feel right at home.

There were a few downsides. The WiFi didn't work well during my stay, which was frustrating. the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as I expected, and the mattress could definitely use an upgrade. Lastly, it was a bit tough to get around with limited public transport options nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in a quiet area close to the night market and famous turkey rice restaurant. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with a fantastic pool and cozy rooms with great city views. We appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff, who even gave us a gift when we couldn't use the pool as much as we wanted. Additionally, this hotel was conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore everything this city has to offer.

The guestrooms at South Urban Hotel are fantastic! They have a laptop-friendly workspace, which was perfect for me as a guest with disabilities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. Plus, the free WiFi was super handy.

Personally, I found the separate bathtubs and showers a little inconvenient. But hey, that's just my opinion.
